Capgemini Consultant Senior interview questions

First round of interview L1 round went well, interviewer was very good. Questions asked were relevant to my years of experience. I was selected but after selection process HR told me the expected salary will not be able to meet I agreed to salary lesser to my expectation, as HR was getting approval for that compensation Still after few days when I didn’t receive my offer letter I checked with HR and they said “Not getting approval” My suggestion to company please don’t waste employee time if you don’t have budget because in very first call you ask the expected CTC then only you proceed with interview rounds
