i was given opportunity to attend campus recruitment.There rounds. Aptitude, GD,HR. Most people filtered in aptitude since it has negative marks. Then GD.One Final HR interview. GD was quite easy and they gave easy topics.

Interview
I applied through college, there were 4 rounds, 1st round was aptitude which was quite easy, next was online coding test, which consisted of mcqs on c and c++ and java. Next round was technical round, the interviewer asked me about my projects, last round was hr round abd it was quite good.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Nov 2014
Interview
There were three rounds. Aptitude test, Technical, Machine Test and HR round. Aptitude was mandatory for all fresher pool resources checking quantitative and Logical Reasoning skills. Technical interview was conducted to understand technical knowledge of the resource. Machine test was conducted on telephone which recognized voice to understand our vocal communication skills. HR section was to negotiate with the terms like salary, working hours and other things.
