Interview
Started with an online aptitude test which was on the difficult side mostly because of the time limit. Three sections-verbal,quants,logic. It was followed by Group Discussion, the topic for which was social media-boon or bane. Out of the 14 people in the group 4 were selected. Final round was the interview round which involved a mix of technical and HR questions. Also the GD topic was again brought into the discussion during the interview by interviewer.

I was recruited directly on campus , during my 3rd year of undergraduation, It was a day long process, with the first round being an aptitude test. After i cleared the aptitude test, there was a group discussion m where i was one of the few lucky ones form my group to have been selected or the persona interview round where i was asked basic technical and non technical ie HR questions to probably test my technical and soft skills.

They asked me basic interview questions at the first round. like tell me about youself, your college project,and they asked me few questions on my college project. After they started with basic core java concepts. Like collections ,oops, multithreading , exceptions. Then few questions about XML,javascript languages.
