I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Oct 2024
Interview
My interview experience at Capgemini was quite structured and straightforward. It started with an online assessment that covered aptitude, logical reasoning, English communication, and technical questions. The test was designed to evaluate problem-solving skills, verbal ability, and programming knowledge. After clearing that round, I had a technical interview where I was asked about my projects, programming languages, and problem-solving abilities. They focused on topics like data structures, algorithms, SQL queries, and object-oriented programming. I also had to answer some coding questions. For experienced candidates, they usually ask about previous work experience, frameworks, and tools relevant to the role. Once I cleared the technical round, I had my HR interview, which was more about communication skills, strengths and weaknesses, salary expectations, and career aspirations. Overall, the process was well-structured, and with proper preparation, it felt quite manageable.
