I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Noida) in Sep 2019
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interview. First one was the communication round and second one was technical round and last one was HR round. They basically need candidates who have excellent Communication skills in English. The interview was quite easy. But at that time i could not answer up to the mark to their questions that's why I could not be selected for further round.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering
Interview
Depends on the way you got scheduled, if it is referral then make sure what team you would be getting into. If it is a walk-in, it depends on how much experience you hold. Distribution depends on the availability, you might be lucky enough to get the technology you desire, else you make the best out of what you got.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Bengaluru) in Sep 2017
Interview
group discussion, one technical round, one managerial round, questions asked were basics on networking. The interview went smooth however the HR personnel took a lot of time in rolling out the offer letter, always make sure you negotiate and get the right compensation, they get stingy on that at times.
