Capgemini Engineering Consultant interview questions

The interviews are really easy and superficial, with only classical and boring interview questions without any difficult points. Overall, the picture of the company coming from the interviews is bad as I was treated poorly by some quite arrogant people. In the end, I received an offer and I declined as I had other options. They seem the type of company that just wants anybody as long as he/she holds the right diploma, no care for the actual skills or similar. I guess it is this way since they know you will leave as soon as you receive another offer.
