Aricent came at my college for the campus recruitment drive in September 2015.
eligibilty criteria: 70+ % in 10th,12th and btech .
there was no aptitude /written test.
round 1 : around 1hr technical interview
round 2 : hr round
After 2 days, results were declared.

Question 1
Interviewer go through all my certificates.
Then my resume.He asked me about my projects.
Then it started with c++/ oops. Most questions were asked regarding virtual functions.
then it moved on to data structures linked list programming. then sql queries were asked.
finally computer networks ques were also asked.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés.
La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.

A basic Python question on the Fibonacci series (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, ...) was also asked.
