I did an assesment day at Altran. Starting with a short presentation about Altran, then we were divided in 2 groups for a case (where there were recruiters to observe us). Our case was to improve the security of people at a large festival with a short presentation with a billboard. Afterwards, 2 interviews, 1 with 2 technical consultant and 1 with a HR partner.

Net van school af (HBO). 1e gesprek met recruiter vooral voorbereidend op het vervolg gesprek en persoonlijk, 2e gesprek niet al te technische diepgang, maar dat wordt ook niet verwacht als je bijna 0 ervaring hebt in het bedrijfsleven. Na een paar dagen gelijk een aanbod gekregen. (Tegen mij zeiden ze dat er niks te onderhandelen viel met salaris of andere voorwaarden.) Ik nam het aan omdat het mij wel een goede eerste baan leek.
