Waste of time. I took a day off thinking aricent is serious about hiring. I was told I'm selected and salary negotiation was done, but it's been more than 2 month now and haven't received offer letter yet. But aricent is conducting Interviews every other week but not releasing offer letter for people selected earlier. Got to know from an insider that they start hiring before they have projects and release offer only when project is confirmed from the client.

HR call me 3- 4 time for interview and I told her about the salary packages, if you can provide me a figure of amount then only schedule my telephonic interview else i can't go less then it.
There are 2 Technical round, one was telephonic other was F2F. Technical manager tell me in both of round you are selected and HR will call you for final discussion.
When i send email to HR she replied your are not good in technical. What a helllllllll.
I will recommend for interview only when you have extra time otherwise not go for F2F interview .

Über Allgemeine Ausschreibung als Absolvent /junior Engineering anline beworben, danach 1 erstes telephoneinterview über lebenslauf erzählen, in welchen bereich man interesse hat. dann wird mir zur zwieten intrview in münchen eingeladen. Dort wird über meine lebenslauf, projekt sowie abschlussarbeit nochmal gefragt. Es heißt eine fachliche Interview, wobei die fachliche Kenntnisse anscheint nur über die aktuelle projekt bezogen. Über die projekt wird natürlich nicht vorher bekannt gegeben, sodass man auch nicht weiß wie vorzubereiten. Für das interview gibt es keine HR-Abteilung sowie typische HR-Frage.
