kindly go through mouthshut website and search for aricent interview process before going to interview . Kindly ignore some hr names mentioned in the post they have written same thing what i have faced . Worst Interview process ever in my life . only less expectation matters . If you are a hard worker and money oriented thn don't go there . They don't release offer letter and play with you . The process involved three rounds 1: aptitude - which consisted of general aptitude questions which consisted Quantitative,Logical and English. 2: Technical Interview- the interviewer asked me few programs and few questions on OS, DBMS and networks. 3: HR Interview- In this round I was asked about my interests and hobbies,etc.
