Capgemini Engineering interview questions

I interviewed at Aricent Bangalore in September 2017. I received interview invite through Naukri.com. I had a very bad experience on the same. The first company I have seen where the HRs communicate in Telugu or Kannada and not bothering whether the candidate understands the language or not. There was no proper organizing of interview and things were completely messed up. The interview time was at sharp 9.30 AM, but it was started only at 2.45PM, after a long wait of more then 5 hours. All the candidates kept on waiting till late evening and then it was told to leave for the day or that we are not selected. I could hardly hear any candidate cleared the interview. It was the worst interview experience that I ever had.

It was 2 stage process 1 technical telephonic interview questions on Mutithreading, Web Services, ESB, SQL, BPM. 2nd it was video conferencing, managerial discussion, situation based questions. After that HR interview and Director discussion on phone.
