I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Porto, Oporto) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview was simple, they asked some things about the professional course and others that approached soft skills. In this interview was also evaluated the English, being that part of the iterview in that idiom.
Then they were sent two technical exercises that I would have to solve in 2 days and later would have my feedback.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Vélizy-Villacoublay) in Mar 2015

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Wolfsburg, Niedersachsen) in Jul 2017
Interview
2 interviews: The first one was face-to-face in Wolfsburg, Germany. It was pretty hard and took more than 1 hour. Typical interview questions and some technical questions through my CV has been asked by a technical manager. Conversation was NOT relax and friendly, but more like it was serious and professional. Then, I was invited to a second interview which was on a telephone. It was extremely difficult and technical questions were asked regarding my past experiences, studies and projects. See interview questions below.
Several questions about my past projects, e.g. "what was your role in this project?", "which hardware and software did you use", "how did you make electronic part".
Typical interview questions, e.g. "After working first 100 days in my team, what will the 3 things be that I won't like about you?", "Define a project in 30 seconds that you want to work on it in the first week."
