Capgemini Engineering interview questions

Call from HR. Checked Dutch level. 1st meeting with Team Leader and Consultant Engineer. 2nd meeting with Senior Consultant Engineer, checked for the second time Dutch level. 3rd meeting with HR. 4th call to give references. 5th references have been called. 6th HR call to tell me my Dutch was not enough after all the meetings + calling my references.

The interview went well, with a lot of compliments. They send me 2 tests and i did the tests with average classification. After the tests, no one contacted me. When i send another email, no one answer
