Interview
2 Telephonic B2B followed by HR
1st round was fully Technical.
2nd round was Managerial.Quite lengthen one.

Hi,
It was very worst experience to work with Aricent.
There is so much politics and partiality in this organization especially from manager side and Management who supports them.
Never join this organization in your career. They will spoil it.
