I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Turin)
Interview
Four step process.
- Interview on phone: an HR found my CV on LinkedIn and reached me by phone describing briefly the job opportunity, and if I was interested I would be contacted for the next step.
- Interview with HR in headquarters: this step is meant to find if you are compliant with Altran values (see questions and answer)
- Technical interview on phone: we made a conference call with the business manager and the technical guru just to check my current skills and my attitude to learn new things.
- Technical interview in final customer headquarters: in this final step the customer reviewed my technical skills and my interest on project.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
Staffing is pretty ordinary. One of the worst experiences.
After detailed review of profile, I had telephonic interview of around 30 minutes. After receiving no feedback on interview for next 4-5 days, I proactively sought feedback. Then I was called for a Face to Face interview, which was beginning of the worst experience. The interviewer had no idea of the scheduled interview and the staffing in charge would never answer her phone as I looked for info. The interviewer, however, despite being in dark about the interview, in his capacity had a quick discussion with me, which was a good gesture. Again after, there was no feedback for 4-5 days. On seeking feedback, I received back an email saying that they had no opportunities matching my profile. Terrible experience with the unapologetic staffing.
