I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Chennai) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied through AMCAT, The interview consisted of two rounds. Technical and Personal HR. The technical round was quite long. It took around 30 mins if I remember right. They tested knowledge about data structures, operating systems, networking and basic programming. Although the interview was long, they completed all the processes in a day which was nice.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering in Sep 2014
Interview
Three stage process
Stage 1: Online aptitude test
Stage 2: Technical interview
Stage 3: HR interview
Anyone who does a preparation for 3 days in aptitude (Quants , Verbal) can clear this.
Technical : Questions were from the main topics in Data structures, Algorithms, Networks
The HR interview was the easiest. Just for name sake.

Interview
This was a campus recruitment interview and the first round was a written test that included aptitude and some basic C programming questions. Second round was a group discussion. You just need to be fluent and assertive with your points. Just don't stay quiet. The third round was a face to face interview. This was for one hour and they will grill you with programming questions and it was in C for me.
