They do three rounds of interviews. The first is used to discover the company, and to see how you react when you're facing a challenge in a team. First, the company is presented, then you do a team challenge and finally you're interviewed by a business person and a technical person. The second round of interview is a traditional one, where we discuss the position and the personality. Finally, the final round is to agree on a contract.
