Interview process will take time . After clearance of round . I got the offer letter after that during onboarding hr tell me that documents Need to update that match my last name. I decline the other offer because of this offer. I am ready to join this organisation. Then I know about that UAN and pan will take more time to update. Document are in progress for updation. It take more than a month. One of the hr call me scold me loudly that why it is taking too much time . Her last name is Samantha . Very rude and behaving with loud voice . I explain the situation to her but she asked me to decline the offer. It’s her duty that she can explain me earlier that document will stuck your joining .
