I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
The process involved three rounds
1: aptitude - which consisted of general aptitude questions which consisted Quantitative,Logical and English.
2: Technical Interview- the interviewer asked me few programs and few questions on OS, DBMS and networks.
3: HR Interview- In this round I was asked about my interests and hobbies, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview process was good. Written test had a couple of moderately difficult programming problems. Whereas, P.I revolved around my previous work and some logical questions.
Overall it was a good experience.
However, after the confirmation of my selection, H.R team took around 3 weeks to give me a formal offer letter. This is totally unprofessional attitude.
And due to this reckless behavior of the H.R team, I declined the offer. I would suggest Aricent, Gurgaon to improve on this front.

I came through Campus interview. Normal interview process like aptitude which had both quantitative and technical objective and subjective questions followed by group discussion and then technical interview and ended with HR discussion.
