There were 2 technical round after that I got selected. After HR discussion I got offer letter. Recently my onboarding process got completed. It was good experience with interview. After completing onboarding I got confirmation mail and credentials things. After this I will get laptop

It was very nice. My interview process at Capgemini consisted of multiple stages. It began with an HR screening to evaluate communication and role fit.
This was followed by a technical round focusing on SAP SD concepts like OTC cycle, pricing, and scenario-based questions.
Then I had a managerial round where my project experience, stakeholder handling, and problem-solving approach were discussed in detail.
The final round was with HR, covering compensation, availability, and onboarding formalities.
