I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Malmö, Skåne) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had a very bad experience interviewing for a Graduate Programme position with Capgemini Applications in Malmö. It started off with me sending in my application which I never got a respons to (over three weeks waiting time) but since I met with the recruiter during a career fair I hade the opportunity to remind them. I was then later contacted via e-mail which was addressed to me but with the wrong name, inviting me to a date that didn't exist (wrong combination of date and weekday) which I had to correct myself asking via e-mail. During the half-day interview (consisting of case interview, skills interview and personality interview) almost everything went smooth except for a very rude skills interviewer (the response the person gave to my answers continually was "I don't care, move on") but the overall impression was OK. I was then later contacted and asked to return to their office for an additional personality interview which was OK but a bit annoying (it wasn't a part of their overall interview process). The second personality test lasted for an hour and was OK, I was then invited to do an online assessment personality and IQ test. This is when all communication stopped, I was told that I would get feedback after the online tests but nothing happened. I contacted my recruiter twice but have gotten no response, I've tried calling but to no avail. It has now been over a month since my last interaction with Capgemini Apps and I have gotten no response to my test results or to my application in general. I have a friend who went through this process with a similar experience and I find their behavior extremely unprofessional and that there is an apparent lack of respect for their applicants.
