I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was an off campus freshers referral drive. The interview process had 3 rounds :- 1. Aptitude, 2.Technical and 3.HR interview.Aptitude round had an average question set but the cut-off percentage was higher so many of the candidates got eliminated in this round.Next round that is technical round was mostly about the questions related to my engineering projects. Even few java questions like method overloading, interfaces, etc were asked and few questions about the new technologies in market.Final HR round was the easiest.
