Interview
Easy. Telephone interview first to check basic articulation and discuss about goals, interests and potential skills. Second interview arranged in the end of the call. During the second interview a manager presented the company and you get to discuss more about each other. At that point you are informed about the next and final step. Getting home some programmig assignments, an IQ test and a collection of personality tests. Then the recruiter analyzes the results and discuss with you the results. More specifically they go through the results by asking questions on which you need to provide a thorough answer. Finally you get an offer or get rejected
