Interview
Capgemini’s hiring process is one of the smoothest one. I received a call from one of the talent acquisition team members for Project Manager opening and the interview was scheduled within 2 days. Interview process had only two rounds - 1. Technical interview, 2. HR discussion.
It went really well. Smooth and very organized. Communicative.
We are impressed with the fact that someone with entry-level experience has been progressing the project to the best level. How are you able to do this?

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Capgemini (Auckland, )
Interview
Interview process was good and called for interview after two weeks. Three rounds of interview, first by the peer level, next with practice head and followed by the HR interview

It was quite professional. I enjoyed the full process.
Question related to design, management and cases were quite interesting. The interviewer were knowledgeable and were fully professional. However i felt HR system can be more apt. In between there is lack of communication and sometimes it felt like they have forgotten you
