Simple and straightforward, had a first interview to check if my profile was what they were looking for, and right after that they presented me to the client. After being interviewed by the customer they made an offer within the same day.

Interview
Interview process was good and called for interview after two weeks. Three rounds of interview, first by the peer level, next with practice head and followed by the HR interview

It was quite professional. I enjoyed the full process.
Question related to design, management and cases were quite interesting. The interviewer were knowledgeable and were fully professional. However i felt HR system can be more apt. In between there is lack of communication and sometimes it felt like they have forgotten you
