Interview process with the HR was terrible. They are not friendly. Not empathetic. Upon raising concerns after joining the organization as well, they were not making any changes. This even affected the kind of salary increase which never happened, coz my manager did nothing about it.

Interview was useful and understandable. They asked me subject related questions and I have answered confidently all the questions. Interview level was medium. So Interview process was good and not very tough.

Interview
This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
