A first round interview where you are asked some basic programming related questions. Although the interview went ok I never heard back and was ghosted by their recruitment team. I understand you cannot give feedback for every candidate but to never be contacted again seems bad practice.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
