Capgemini Project-Manager interview questions

I had a videocall for first interview by a Principal Consultant who only stated the needs from the company, like working 10 hours per day (no paid extra hours), sometimes on weekends and to be willing to move everywhere in Italy with minimum notice. No technical questions. No background check. No job description. Worst interview ever in 10 years working. After that, Capgemini schedules a 2nd step interview within 2 weeks but a few days before I receive a pre-compiled standard email that informs me I was rejected. Worst hiring experience ever, in 10 years working. This company only aska and tries to give nothing.
