Interview process is good, initial technical round, followed by managerial and then HR Manager. If Technical round is good, then most of the chances you are through for all the rounds.
Fast and good. They make you feel comfortable. Explain the role and make sure you've understood everything. Encourage you to ask questions about your role, future prospects within the organisation. Great friendly and positive atmosphere at work.

Finally had HR round with CG HR.
