It was Telephonic and Then face to face interview.Telephonic was more about the work carried out in previous years and Experience.Face to Face was more management skills like team management,Skill Management and Customer Management.

There are mostly two rounds, one technical round and one techno-managerial round. They sometimes preferred to take first round telephonic and second round face-to face. But mostly they conduct face-to face drives at respective locations.
