Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

The process started with a telephone interview, then moved on to a face to face process. The first half was a case stdy, where I was given a problem and had to come up with a solution and present it (in about 45 mins), followed by some technical questions, then I met the head of the division and HR. All in all, about 2-3 hours.
