First technical round , second management round and third is HR round. All rounds were appropriate and designed in the perfect way. Interview
I had a friend refer me to a recruiter. The recruiter followed up very quickly and asked all the standard screening questions involving salary, travel, and skill sets. Within a couple weeks, I had 3 phone interviews with a wide range of folks across the organization. Finally, the Vice President of the division I was joining made it a point to fly to my hometown to meet with me in person. After that, an offer followed. Overall the experience was smooth and well-organized. I was impressed by the effort everyone put in to make sure Capgemini was a good fit.
