Capgemini IT-Consultant interview questions

Had 3 interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter. Easy corporate BS questions. Second interview was with the HRBP manager,. The questions were more hard hitting, trying to dig into my resume, looking for inconsistencies, checking out my pay expectations. After another week I finally got to the last interview. This one was with a resource manager and the Department Director. This was an easy interview, they were just figuring out if I would be a good fit for their team/department. Whole process took about 3 weeks
