Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

Interview consists of 3 rounds. 1. L1 -Focused more on product knowledge and understanding of the module. Real time problems scenarios are questioned. Reviewed analytical skills. 2. L2 - Focused more on communication and validates the expertise on product functionality of the candidates. 3. HR round for compensation discussion and experience document collection and validation. Followed by hr round they will be an aptitude test.

Quit lengthy but HR was connecting in-between for updates. HR was polite to answer any queries. Interview followed with Technical round, managerial / Client round and HR. Overall my good experience with Capgemini
