Completely non technical, I dont even think they need technical people I dont know how the company is managing unskilled task force. Even the training program is so bad I dont think it might help people. For instance the interviewer asked who is your favourite football player and we just had a chat on this, nothing else! Voila I was selected . Completely unprofessional. But seriously if you guys find this out who am I , capgemini is the best then!

Most of the questions were on basic programming, c, SQL. Also be prepared on your project details. Practice programming based MCQs , English and game based aptitude or the test.

MCQ round of aptitude questions, an essay round followed by Pseudo code round, then Technical interview and finally HR interview. The pseudo code round also had questions from data structures.
