I got hired in college campus placement. The hiring process took an aptitude test, essay writing, pseudo-code test, and then the coding test after that one technical round and one hr round.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Nov 2020
Interview
First phase had four rounds. First phase was online and through a portal called Superset. It had an English competency analysis, pseudo code round, a game round and a psychometric round. This round is pretty easy and can be cracked easily if you have basic grip over C/C++ and basic English. Note that each round is eliminative and only selected people go to the next round.
Then a shortlist was given and interviews were held after 2 weeks. Interview had 2 rounds - Technical and HR. Technical interview was comparatively very easy. Just have a good grip over the projects you've done. HR Round is also easy just be prepared with answers for usual HR Round questions.
