Capgemini Manager C2 interview questions

I got a call from a third-party vendor for Capgemini interview. Got selected in the first round and they scheduled for second (client) round. I cleared that too. Since I was an immediate joiner, I got call from Capgemini recruitment officer to upload my documents in the portal for background verification. The final stages focus on mutual alignment, ensuring the role meets the candidate’s aspirations while reinforcing a positive and transparent hiring experience. After completing the BGV, I received the offer letter.
