Positive Interview Experience and Smooth Onboarding Process Pros: I recently went through the interview process for a position at Capgemini, and I am excited to share that I had an extremely positive experience. The technical interview was thorough, covering a wide range of topics including SAP ABAP, ABAP on HANA, and S/4HANA. The interviewer was not only punctual but also demonstrated a deep understanding of the subjects, creating a challenging yet fair environment to assess my skills. I was presented with one to two scenario-based questions, which I felt were relevant and thought-provoking. The interviewer was patient and attentive, allowing me ample time to articulate my responses, and ensuring a two-way communication throughout the session. In addition to the technical interview, I had the opportunity to interact with the onboarding HR team. My HR contact was incredibly supportive, extending her assistance wherever necessary and helping to make the transition as smooth as possible. She was professional, kind, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had all the information and resources I needed. Cons: While I am satisfied with the salary package offered, I do believe there could have been room for improvement. However, considering the overall benefits and the positive work environment that Capgemini seems to foster, I am content with the offer. Advice to Management: Continue to maintain the high standards in the interview and onboarding process, as it sets a positive tone for new employees. Consider revisiting the compensation packages to ensure they are competitive and reflective of the skill sets brought by new hires.
