Capgemini Manager interview questions

Interview process is scheduled by HR team into 5 rounds L1 technical 1 round L2 technical 2 Rounds L3 DM Round L4 Client Round L5 HR Round Well organized Teams Meeting by Recruitment team post Confirmation from Candidate

conducted 3 technical rounds but no client round. After joining, they asked that they will take multiple mock interviews again and then client will take multiple rounds. Dont know why initially they took 3 rounds in starting if they didnt even matter and wasted 1 month of mine. very poor experience.
