Capgemini Senior Associate interview questions

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.

The recruitment process was highly structured and professional. I particularly enjoyed the gamified assessment round, which felt much more interactive than standard entrance exams. The transition from the Technical Interview to the HR Round was seamless, and the communication regarding my selection status was timely.
