Capgemini Senior Developer interview questions

A recruiter from Capgemini contacted me via LinkedIn about an urgent role. They promised to provide the interview schedule after the weekend. However, the recruiter ghosted me, never responding to my follow-ups. It's frustrating because I made time to speak with them, yet they didn't bother to reply with a simple yes or no answer. This experience leaves a negative impression of the company culture in general.

There were 3 rounds of interview 2 tech 1 hr. Tech interview was average .it was quick process and released offer within a week. I applied through naukari. The Hr was kind and cleared all the doubts.
