Capgemini Senior Java Developer interview questions

****Capgemini Wroclaw Job Openings and Interviews are mere eyewash**** Beware of Offer being not given too. Keep the expectations light! Step 1: The HR point of contact was from India and he was the one who was orchestrating the interview and feedbacks. Step 2: Last week of Jan Capgemini conducted 2 hrs of Technical Interview. One was the hiring manager and another was the technical expert. First 20-25 mins, there was an overview given about the business unit. And then it was completely technical interview. Step 3: Question around architecture, Java core, Spring boot, Azure and database related concepts were covered. I wouldn't say it was the best from me but I managed to answer almost all the questions effectively doing all the 4 coding tasks. Step 4: I was confident that the results would be positive and the HR from the India called me within 4-5 days & Confirmed that I have been selected. Step 5: Within next 2 days, I was asked for all the mobility related documents and I submitted all those aptly, assuming the next step will be offer release. The real cheat started here - Ever since from Feb 2024, the process was at snail pace and I was weekly having a reminder with the Indian HR to understand what's the status of the application. Every time he had a stereotyped answer that he is waiting to hear back on next steps from the hiring manager, Indeed at some point he mentioned the hiring manager was sick. Now a couple days back, the HR called and asked if I'm still available in the job market and I told yes. And to the surprise the hiring manager called me directly today and said we can't offer you the job. His reasons were of no sense., Which clearly gives the view that CAPGEMINI is no more a safe place and they seems to be losing projects owing to their weird employee policies, I guess. ****Poland Guys - Please beware if there is a constant delay to release offer from Capgemini side even after positive feedback, This mean they will probably not wanting you there****
