Capgemini Senior Manager interview questions

The organization reached out to me for an interview. They initially spoke to me over the phone and screened my qualifications. I then had an interview in person with one of their Senior VP's of the organization which went very well. He articulated their goals and mission of the group and how I would fit into that.
