i got call from staffing agency.first round was technical written after clearing the first round got call for technical round.2 days latter got call from hr that you got selected and submit all your document and we will release offer letter in 2-3 days.still i haven't received offer letter.

Interview
Though it was scheduled drive it was not well organized.
There was no sufficient interview panel and all the candidates are waiting almost for more then 4 hour for first round.
Interviewer looks dumb and not clear on the questions and was reluctant to accept the facts and better approaches for problems.
HR : Even after requesting for feedback no response... not even Yes/No.
Please DO NOT attend this interview.It will be west of your valuable time.

Got an opportunity through employee referral drive. called for face to face interview. Technical Questions related to Java. asked about basics of java, jdbc, threads, programmin skills etc. there are 2 rounds of technical interview. panel consists of 2 members. all questions related to java only and some puzzel questions.
