Capgemini Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Applied via LinkedIn as i got in mail from hr. then hr called and scheduled interview.Two round technical interview process and one hr round was there. initial round was pretty simple.

1st Technical Round, this was a virtual interview which I cleared. Then received a call stating my technical round was cleared and would schedule an HR discussion. HR discussion happened the next day where we discussed the expected CTC etc. And they were not able to offer me exactly what I expected but then I agreed on their terms. After a few days when I reached out to them asking about the offer letter and all, they happened to schedule another technical round which was strange. And even though my interview was good enough, they said my feedback after the interview was negative. Very disappointing, It was very clear that they would not be able to offer as we agreed, but should have some ethics to confront the exact reasons.
