One basic aptitude test to test the intelligent and reflex levels. One face to face technical round where your previous project experience and basic technical skills will be tested. Then a HR round to give offer letter.

2 days process 1st day aptitude test with 3 sections quants verbal and logical quants is difficult but easy if you practiced rs agarwal, next day technical+hr interview, technical interviewer asks some basic programs and puzzle. Hr interview was just a formality just to check your communication and confidence.

It was a offline drive conducted at Ghatkopar office .Out of 8000 barely 1000 were selected. APTITUDE was not that difficult no negative marking.Result were annouced that day itself. Later technical telephonic round was conducted which was average. After wards HR was conducted of selected employee and Offer letter was handed to them on the same day
