Interview
The interview was telephonic, the person on the call was very strict (rather rude), the interview was for Mainframe developer.They were mainly looking for a CICS experienced candidate, Cobol, JCL, DB2 and VSAM were secondary skills.The interview was average, basics questions were asked but the panel was very rude.

Interview
Not too hard. Mostly questions from sql, software testing. Mine was totally a technical interview while a few others had mix and some more HR or MR. He asked me about my project. Prepare your projects very thoroughly. I was also asked about my experience as a graphic designer since I had listed it as one of my skills.

He asked me how to drop 500 tables at once. And to tell cases for unit testing a netbanking login page. Also questions such as difference between truncate and delete in sql and UML diagrams.

Interview
There was aptitude test followed by 2 rounds of interview.
The aptitude test consisted of 2 sections:
1. English
2. Mathematics
If you clear the Aptitude test you'll be sent for 1st round of interview. The first round is pure technical interview based on the skills written in your resume.
If you clear the second round you are sent for the second round of interview. This round is a mix of managerial and technical questions.
