This is an opportunity to get to know the candidate better, and to assess their skills and experience in more detail. This interview may be conducted over the phone, via video call, or in person. Skills Assessment: Depending on the role, you may want to conduct a skills assessment to see how well the candidate performs specific tasks related to the job. This could involve a test, a presentation, or a practical exercise.
