I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Feb 2019
Interview
I gave interview as fresher .Mcq test quants, logical thinking ,,reasoning question followed by technical basic oops of c# and in HR round question was about company like what you know about company .
Online test, Technical and HR interviews were conducted as offcampus placement in SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Overall Interview experience was very good. Wasn't expecting it to go so well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Gainesville, FL) in Sep 2021
Interview
They sent me a coding test, which wasn't too bad. I got a request for an interview after. The interview had a schedule, but it ended up being almost wholly overridden and most of the time was spent by the interviewer asking me questions about one of my projects. The interviewer said I did well and he said he'll pass along the information. Then it took about a week for HR to do anything. It was a lot of back and forth. Communication with HR was slow. They kept asking me about my education, which was clearly on my resume. In the end, I was not given an offer. I tried to email them and ask if they could give me some pointers to better myself, but no reply.
