Capgemini Software Engineer interview questions

I had a round of interview. Then I got a call from HR saying that I'll receive mail to upload the documents. I haven't heard from them since. I've tried call the HR but didn't get any response. I texted but didn't get a response. I am not sure what happened. If you tell a potential employee that they will receive a mail starting the offer rollout, they are going to try to contact you. If you change mind, let the person know. Not sure if anyone from CG will read this but wanted the other applicants to know that this is also a type of response or lack thereof they can get.

Working is like Government .It takes ages to complete process.one dept dont know if candidate has been selected in other or not.even if you are selected they dont consider what offer you have in hand.Still as per their bands they say this is what we can offer. was selected but no offer released .every day you have to remind HRs to process ur offer.
